M. N. VIDYASHANKAR
Mr. M.N.Vidyashankar is an ex-IAS officer and mentor for several businesses. Having held office as the Chief Electoral Officer, Principal Secretary to the Government of Karnataka for the Departments of E-Commerce, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology etc. to name a few, Mr. Vidyashankar brings over three decades of experience in public administration and management. He has also served as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Commerce & Industries Department.
Currently serving as the President of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), Mr. Vidyashakar holds an M.A in Economics and an M.Phil. from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has obtained his post-graduation degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, USA. He has received several national and international accolades for his efforts in promoting technology and technology based solutions that transformed human lives and societies.
He is the Chairman and Director in several national and multinational Boards and Corporations. His areas of interest include, downsizing, right-sizing, Re-engineering, E-Governance, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Start-up triggers etc.
KARTHIK SRINIVASAN
Karthik is an infocomm technology sector expert having worked in several Multi-National Corporations inclulding, Palm Inc., as its Asia Pacific Managing Director and Hewlett Packard as its Vice Priseident for Customer Services covering Asia Pacific and Japan region.
Karthik has over 25 years of executive level experience and extensive regional business knowledge across Asia Pacific & Japan with strong capabilities around financial strategies, customer service operations and business development.
Well versed in process improvement having handled multiple merger-acquisitions as well as several internal realignment exercises.
Karthik is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and is currently based in Singapore for the past 16+ years and is currently the Managing Director of Spearhead Global Services Pte Ltd., Singapore. Additionally he is extending strategic advice to India based corporations in their strategic regional expansion initiatives.
DR.MADHUSUDHAN ATRE
Mr. Madhusudhan Atre is the Founder and currently the the CEO of Vegashakti Consultants. Dr. Atre has in the past headed operations (India) at AMD, Applied Materials India, LSI, Lucent Technologies etc. With over 24 years of experience in the semiconductor and related industries, he was the Vice President and Managing Director of LSI India, founding Managing Director and Vice President of Agrees Systems India, founding director of Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Division, and management positions at Texas Instruments India and DRDO.
Dr. Atre has donned technical, management and leadership roles in various organizations. He has spearheaded the management team and ensured alignment, coordination and execution of all product development, business, and operational activities. Play leadership role in India’s semiconductor and renewable energy ecosystem. He has lead engineering operations in the areas of Renewable Energy(Solar), Semiconductor, Glass Coating, Packaging, equipments engineering, software, etc. He plays a crucial role in synergizing fundamental research programs with universities and help initiate interactions between industry, government and academia. He also analyses venture fundings and mentors entrepreneurs.
Dr. Atre holds a 5 year integrated M.Sc. degree in physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. He has also been a research scientist at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Physical Research Laboratory (Ahmedabad), and various universities in the US and Italy. He is a tech expert at VLSI, parallel computers, physics, mathematics, software etc.
DR.SANJAY GURURAJ
Dr. Sanjay Gururaj is a healthcare professional and entrepreneurship. The Founder of the Shanti Hospital and Research Centre (SHRC) in Bangalore, Dr. Sanjay is a pioneer in the sphere of Pediatrics. He consults at SHRC and the reputed Shanti Nursing Home in Bangalore. Dr. Sanjay brings with him over 16 years of experience in healthcare and belongs to a rich, 3-generations spanning, combined familial experience of over 40 years in healthcare.
Dr. Sanjay has completed his MBBS at JSS, Mysore. He went on to do his specialization (DCH) in Pediatrics from Manipal Medical University and DNB from Sion Hospital, Mumbai. Having published papers in reputed journals on Pediatrics, Dr. Sanjay has also mentored Ph.D. students from different Universities. He is a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and also an active participant in the The European Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN).

DR. ASHWIN MAHESH
Dr. Ashwin Mahesh is an Indian urbanist, journalist, politician, social technologist, former Antarctic climate scientist and astronomer, former NASA scientist and a leader of Lok Satta Party. He is a co-founder of the national public affairs magazine, India Together, and also founded the social technology firm, Mapunity. He is also a Founder member of Bangalore Political Action Committee (BPAC).
Dr. Ashwin studied Physics at St Joseph’s College of Arts and Science and later did his MBA from Pondicherry University, M.S. in Astronomy from Vanderbilt University and PhD in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington. He was a research faculty at NASA Goddard Earth Science and Technology Centre in USA. He discovered a star, known as ‘the companion to LkHα 234’. He spent a decade as an atmospheric scientist and later became a researcher at IIM Bangalore & at the CiSTUP in IISc.
Dr. Ashwin is known for his unique approach to social issues faced by the general public and is the Founder of tech-entrepreneurship venture, Mapunity. Through Mapunity, he tackles developmental challenges using technology-based solutions which can be used by citizens, government officials as well as enterprises in the country. He also founded the Centre for Public Problem Solving which looks to understand and manage urbanization and co-founded Lithium Urban Technologies which provides an exclusive fleet of electric vehicles for corporate service.
MALAVIKA HARITA
Malavika is CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Focus in India, a specialist communications agency focussing on Business, Talent, Information Technology and Healthcare.
Passionate about the power of communication and technology she has worked on brands, like Bosch, Coats, Reliance Polymers, Infosys, Microsoft, Astra Zeneca, Mead Johnson, AIS and Novo Nordisk amongst others. Brand consultancy, planning and training are her focus areas.
She has 34 years of experience in communication and entrepreneurship and has a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Malavika teaches Advertising and Brand Management at various post graduate institutes of management and communication in India. She was one of the first Gurukul Chevening Scholars, selected by the British Government for a special program at the London School of Economics on Globalization. Malavika was President of the IIMB Alumni Association and the Advertising Club Bangalore.
Malavika is the first and only woman to win the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIM Bangalore.
